Return & Refund Policy
Because every Quiet Strength Design product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at thermtekgroup@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Shipping Times Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days and shipped within 5–10 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer.

All Quiet Strength Design products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly with the carrier.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processing times.
